Xylon was founded in 1998.

The Hardwood processing factory was constructed in 2004, complying with EC directives and equipped with the latest technology.

In the late 90s the factory output was based on simple Hardwood processing, and 80% of the production was exported, more recently, after the factory was completely refitted, and technology for flooring manufacture was purchased, the facility now has three production lines for the manufacture of:-

• hardwood floors & panels
• staircases
• accessories and furniture.

The factory is strategically located about 40 km from Bucharest, and 10 km from main East-West highway to Hungary & Western Europe (A1).

The facility consists of a 60.000 square meter site and is divided into administrative and production buildings.

• 2 processing halls
• 6 wood dryers from Electro Force
• Several storage areas
• Paint Shop

Xylon is largest production facility in the flooring industry in South East Romania.

We deliver our products throughout Romania with our own fleet of delivery vehicles.

At customer request and cost, Xylon can provide installation services for our products. We have several skilled installation teams, who employ the best materials and tools for flooring installation and other services.

The Company currently has approximately 50 employees, and is planning to increase staffing levels in the near future.

Xylon is very conscious of environmental aspects associated with its operations.

The reprocessing and waste management systems collect sawdust & waste products from production lines and re-use these materials for:-

• Fuel for the company Power station and
• For the manufacture of sawdust briquettes used as a fuel in open fires
